Award Tickets can only be issued for MIAT Mongolian Airlines operated flights with MIAT Mongolian Airlines flight numbers.

Conditions:

• Award ticket does not include carrier-imposed fees, taxes, and other surcharges.
• Award tickets issued are non-transferable to another individual.
• The validity of an Award ticket is one year from the date of issue, and further extension is not allowed.
• No-show penalty will be applied if a Junior / Blue tier member does not show up without canceling a booking or a ticket.
• For a fully unused Award ticket, 500 miles will be deducted from the refund charge and the remaining miles will be refunded.
• Miles will not be reinstated under any circumstances if the mileage validity date expires upon award ticket refund and is deleted following the program rules.
• The same redemption table applies to children.
