Passengers with disabilities are categorized based on their medical conditions. The carrier must include the appropriate AIRIMP code in the passenger's booking.
- Wheelchair User – WCHR
- Blind Passenger – BLND
- Deaf Passenger – DEAF
- Passenger with Intellectual Disability – DPNA
- Passenger on Stretcher – STCR
- Meet and Assist Service – MAAS
- Special Attention Required – SP

Travel Companion:
Passengers who cannot eat or use the restroom independently during the flight must be accompanied by a caregiver. The travel companion must meet the following requirements:
- Be fully aware of the medical condition of the passenger they are accompanying.
- Be able to assist the passenger in using the restroom and moving from one place to another during the flight.
- Be capable of evacuating the passenger in case of an emergency.
- Travel companion must be an adult aged 16 years or older.
