Previously registered member: Mileage can be claimed only within 12 months from the boarding date. Mileage claims for flights past the specified period will not be given.

New registered member: Mileage can be claimed only within 3 months before the date of account creation, and the request must be submitted within 1 month from the date of account creation. Mileage claims for flights past the specified period will not be given.

Website / App		Check your boarding information on your boarding pass or e-ticket itinerary and apply for a real-time mileage accrual at www.miat.com > Blue Sky Mongolia > My BSM / Check mile > Activities > Claim missing miles.
Call center		After consulting the staff, send your boarding pass and e-ticket itinerary via email, if necessary.
Ticketing office		Visit a ticketing office or branch office and present your boarding pass and e-ticket itinerary.

• Please make sure that the booking class is eligible for mileage accrual.
• Please make sure your miles are auto-credited to your account when you enter your membership number on the ticket.
• If you claim your mileage by your account, please track the status of your miles. If the status of the retro claim is not successful, please contact the Call Center immediately.
